"MacLellan Plumbing was recommended by Toma Appliances in Weymouth. I had just moved and I needed a plumber and an electrician to install everything. George Toma said, "I use MacLellan and I think they are the best". MacLellan sent a plumbing team to install the appliances and an electrician to complete the job. Everything went smoothly.
A few months later, the gas fireplace wouldn't work. Marty MacLellan came out the day before Christmas to evaluate the problem and find the right controller to work the fireplace. He did it. The next summer, the central air conditioning stopped working. It was 97 degrees inside. Marty sent a worker, that day, to evaluate and fix it at a very reasonable rate. Last month, it seemed like there was no hot water. Again, Marty sent a worker while I was at work to check if all was OK. It was!
Whenever there is a problem and I call Marty, he tries to help me over the phone or comes out as soon as possible. For all of the above incidents and 2 more I haven't mentioned, I recommend MacLellan Plumbing for their workmanship, honesty and dedication to doing what's best for the customer. We have used MacLellan Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs for the past several years and have found them to be extremely competent, very reliable, and very reasonably priced. We had an older bathroom that needed a major overhaul, from tub to sinks, to toilets to a new floor and Marty and his staff could not have been more accommodating to us. They gave us an honest estimate and a reasonable time line to complete this project and both the budget and the time line were met.
Marty has contacts with many contractors (electricians, plasterers, etc.) and he had them all here when they were needed. He also has contacts with vendors so material costs were more than reasonable. Every day they left the work areas spotlessly clean, and went above and beyond to address any and all issues.
